火山巖（玄武巖）是火山爆發(fā)后由形成的多孔形石材，非常珍貴。噴發(fā)時(shí)噴發(fā)出來(lái)的巖漿有氣體渣、固體巖漿，艷磊石材，溫度和壓力迅速下降，發(fā)生了化學(xué)和物理變化，所以巖漿**變成了火山巖。含有大量的硅、鉀、鈉、鐵、鎂、26種礦物元素，以及銅、鋅、鉻、鎳、錳等，加熱后的火山巖會(huì)釋放出大量霧狀的能量離子同時(shí)產(chǎn)生磁效應(yīng)、溫?zé)嵝?yīng)、冷熱效應(yīng)。

      火山巖強(qiáng)度高、保溫、隔熱、吸音、防水、防火、耐酸堿、耐沾污性、耐腐蝕、耐霉變，且無(wú)污染、無(wú)放射性等，是理想的天然綠色、環(huán)保節(jié)能墻面飾材。火山巖質(zhì)地堅(jiān)硬如天然石材，涂層表面如多孔蜂窩，質(zhì)感強(qiáng)烈，裝飾性好、耐磨；保溫、隔熱、吸音，不同骨材搭配，蜂窩多孔，具有一定保溫、隔熱、吸音作用；防水 ，混成材質(zhì)，浸泡水中三個(gè)無(wú)異常變化，防水性**；防火，加有無(wú)機(jī)粘結(jié)劑，高溫下不產(chǎn)生濃煙、不脫落、不燃燒，不產(chǎn)生有害有毒氣體；耐侯性好，天然彩砂、彩石，顏色自然，不含任何染料，有機(jī)與無(wú)機(jī)混成材質(zhì)，特殊的接橋結(jié)構(gòu)，可防止因紫外線而引發(fā)的劣化，具有無(wú)毒、無(wú)味、無(wú)污染、抗腐蝕、耐酸堿、抗曬、不變色、無(wú)放射性等特點(diǎn)；耐沾污性好 ，飾面非平面，視覺(jué)上阻斷由于大氣中灰塵及其他懸浮物質(zhì)較多，易沾污涂層而失去涂料原有的裝飾效果，從而影響建筑物外貌，不易被污染耐水清擦洗。

      火山巖濾料在曝氣生物濾池方面不僅能處理市政污水，以及可生化的有機(jī)工業(yè)廢水、微污染水等，也可在給水處理中取代石英砂、活性炭、無(wú)煙煤等用作過(guò)濾介質(zhì)，同時(shí)還可對(duì)已經(jīng)過(guò)污水處理廠二級(jí)處理工藝后的尾水做深度處理，其處理出水達(dá)回用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后可作中水回用。

      火山巖生物濾料主要應(yīng)用于生物曝氣濾池，不僅能應(yīng)用于市政污水處理、生化有機(jī)工業(yè)廢水處理、生活廢水處理，特別是對(duì)印染廢水、沼氣廢水、食品加工園區(qū)工業(yè)廢水、石油廢水、造紙廢水、屠宰廠廢水的生物處理有很好的效果；另外火山巖生物濾料是實(shí)現(xiàn)曝氣生物濾池污水處理工藝的關(guān)鍵材料，本產(chǎn)品與傳統(tǒng)的生物陶粒相比，不僅具有質(zhì)地輕、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好、強(qiáng)度適宜、表面粗糙易掛膜等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而且孔隙發(fā)達(dá)，分布合理，非常適合微生物的接種、馴化、繁殖生長(zhǎng)、耐沖洗、不堵塞，具有良好的物理、化學(xué)和水力特性，可適應(yīng)于不同污水凈化的要求。由于該產(chǎn)品比表面積大，可積累高濃度的微生物量，高濃度的微生物使曝氣生物濾池的容積負(fù)荷增大，去除率高，單位體積污水處理效率比常規(guī)濾料提高5-7倍，可以滿足環(huán)保排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 

      1、活水——火山巖可以使水中的離子活躍（主要是增加了氧離子的含量）并且可以輕微釋放a射線和紅外線，這些對(duì)魚(yú)兒包括人類都是有好處的。而火山石的消毒作用也是不可忽視的，加入水族箱中，可以有效地防治病患。

      2、穩(wěn)定水質(zhì)——這里包含了兩個(gè)部分：PH的穩(wěn)定，它可以適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)于酸或者過(guò)于堿的水自動(dòng)調(diào)整到接近中性。礦物質(zhì)含量的穩(wěn)定，火山石有釋放礦物質(zhì)元素和吸收水中雜質(zhì)的雙重特性，當(dāng)過(guò)少或過(guò)多的時(shí)候，它的釋放和吸附作用**產(chǎn)生了。而羅漢起頭以及增色時(shí)水質(zhì)PH值的穩(wěn)定性，是至關(guān)重要的。

      3、誘色——火山石顏色鮮艷自然，對(duì)于羅漢，紅馬，鸚鵡，紅龍，三湖慈鯛等等眾多觀賞魚(yú)類都有顯著的誘色作用，特別是羅漢有身體與周圍物體顏色相靠近的特點(diǎn)，火山巖的紅色會(huì)誘導(dǎo)羅漢的顏色也逐步發(fā)紅。
