                                    HJ2000-01是采用國(guó)家專利型粉碎設(shè)備及表面改性、超細(xì)粉碎技術(shù)對(duì)硅灰石礦進(jìn)行深加工高效改性處理生產(chǎn)制備而成。                        

                        

                                    該產(chǎn)品具有高長(zhǎng)徑比纖維狀特性,物化性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,可與玻璃纖維或者其他填料按照一定比例組成復(fù)合填充料使用,也可以單獨(dú)作為改性填充料使用。                        

                        

                                    HJ2000-01在PP、PE、PVC等通用塑料中作為填充料使用,可以在降低成本提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí),改善復(fù)合材料的耐熱性、尺寸穩(wěn)定性、表面外觀、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和抗劃痕等性能。                        

                        

                                    另外,HJ2000-01也可用于部分工程塑料及彈性體改性中。

                                    使用方法                         

                        

                                    與玻璃纖維或者其他填料按照一定比例組成復(fù)合填充料使用,添加位置與玻璃纖維或者其他填料一致。                         

                        

                                    單獨(dú)作為填充料使用,添加位置為側(cè)喂料口。                         

                        

                                    運(yùn)輸包裝與儲(chǔ)存方式
