赤峰福悅錳砂濾料是采用國內(nèi)**錳砂礦，晶粒致密、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度大、化學(xué)活性強(qiáng)、不易破碎、不溶于水的天然錳礦砂，經(jīng)水洗打磨除雜、破碎、干燥、磁選、篩分、除塵等工藝加工成砂，再把加工好的錳砂按一定的級配調(diào)合而成。它具有水處理濾料**的級配比例，使它在單位體積內(nèi)有**大的比表面積**強(qiáng)的截污能力**大的氧化催化作用和**小的反沖洗流失率。 錳砂濾料外觀黑褐色，近圓形，主要成份是二氧化錳，含量在35%-45%之間。錳砂濾料(除鐵、錳填料)宇泰錳砂濾料是采用**天然錳礦石加工而成，外觀呈褐色，對于地下水除鐵、除錳過濾有獨(dú)特的效果。

       赤峰福悅錳砂里面含的天然二氧化錳能氧化水中二階鐵并沉淀除掉，使水清凈。既可用于地下水除鐵，又可用于地下水除錳；我廠生產(chǎn)的錳砂濾料是采用**天然錳礦石為原料，經(jīng)機(jī)械破碎多次篩選而成，外觀粗糙多棱角，呈褐色，晶粒致密、硬度高、耐腐蝕、損失少、使用壽命長，在水中浸泡不溶解、過濾水中含錳量不增加，天然錳砂可說是**難溶于水的凈化劑。具有良好的除鐵、除錳性能，是地下水和工業(yè)用水含鐵離子和錳離子進(jìn)行除鐵、除錳處理的必備產(chǎn)品。 

    當(dāng)前使用天然錳砂除鐵原理有二種：一種是錳砂表面有一層活性濾膜，可起到很強(qiáng)的氧化作用；另一種是錳砂本身對鐵質(zhì)起催化作用，將水中的二價鐵催化成三價鐵，并使三階鐵質(zhì)附著于錳砂顆粒表面，起到除鐵的目的。含量30%的天然錳砂濾料，只宜用于地下水除鐵。

       錳砂的使用的年限，對含鐵濃度高的地下水一般為3~5年，對含鐵濃度低的地下水，使用的年限更長，有的已逾十年。在有的天然錳砂濾池中，濾層上部的錳砂會逐漸形成球狀的“銹砂”，“銹砂”表面有一層“活性濾膜”，仍具有接觸催化除鐵能力，所以形成“鐵砂”，不是天然的錳砂失效的標(biāo)志。當(dāng)”銹砂“長大致使濾料粒徑過粗而影響除鐵效果時，才有必要更換部分濾料。所以，在我們的施工過程中要注意是否有“銹砂”的存在，如果有的話一定要辨別清楚“銹砂”的大小，如果是小的規(guī)格，可以繼續(xù)使用，可以減少工業(yè)成本，如果是大的規(guī)格**要換掉，以免影響過濾水質(zhì)。
