PE/PEX系列顎式破碎機(jī)又稱(chēng)為顎破，是出現(xiàn)較早的破碎設(shè)備，因其構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、堅(jiān)固、工作可靠、維護(hù)和檢修容易以及生產(chǎn)和建設(shè)費(fèi)用比較少，因此，常作為初級(jí)破碎機(jī)而被用于各種石料生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)、礦石破碎生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。廣泛運(yùn)用于礦山、冶金、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和化工等多種行業(yè)，可將抗壓強(qiáng)度不高于320MPa的各種礦石一次性加工至中等粒度。該產(chǎn)品通過(guò)動(dòng)顎和定顎兩套顎板的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)將物料在破碎腔內(nèi)擠壓、搓、碾而達(dá)到破碎目的。近年來(lái)，為滿(mǎn)足冶金、礦山、建筑等破碎高強(qiáng)度、高硬度礦山的需要，專(zhuān)門(mén)研制了強(qiáng)力顎式破碎機(jī)。

PE/PEX jaw crusher series is usually called as Jaw Crusher and is a crushing appliance that was produced relatively early. It is generally regarded as the primary breaker and is applied to various stone production lines and ore reduction production lines, due to simple construction, solidness, reliable working, easy maintenance and fewer production and construction costs. It is widely used to multiple industries, such as mines, metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical engineering, etc. It can process various ores with the compressive strength less than 320MPa to medium grain size all at once. This product extrudes, twists, and crushes materials in the crushing cavity by using reciprocating motion of two jaw plates, including motive jaw and fixed jaw, so as to reach the crushing purpose. In recent years, in order to satisfy demands for crushing mines with high strength and high hardness in metallurgy, mines and buildings, etc., a powerful jaw crusher has been developed specially.

Motive jaw assembly adopts high-quality steel casting composition and is driven by two large-scale cast steel flywheels. Advanced motive jaw assembly makes it durable in use and has stable performance. In addition, the heavy eccentric shaft also applies forging stock to process. All of these makes the PE/PEX jaw crusher series have transcendental reliability. 

2、軸承座采用整體式鑄鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。 整體鑄鋼軸承座能夠保證與破碎機(jī)架完全配合，同時(shí)也大大增強(qiáng)了軸承座的徑向強(qiáng)度，而分體式軸承座則不擁有該優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

The bearing pedestal applies overall cast steel structure. The overall cast-steel bearing pedestal can ensure perfect fitting with a crusher support, and also increases the radial strength of bearing pedestal. However, the detachable bearing pedestal has no such an advantage. 

3、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)安全可靠，部件更換方便，保養(yǎng)工作量小。

工作原理Working Principles 

本產(chǎn)品以電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力，通過(guò)電動(dòng)機(jī)皮帶輪，由三角皮帶和槽輪驅(qū)動(dòng)偏心軸，使動(dòng)顎按預(yù)定軌跡作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將進(jìn)入由固定顎板、活動(dòng)顎板和邊護(hù)板組成的破碎腔內(nèi)的物料破碎，并通過(guò)下部的排料口將成品物料排出。

This product regards a motor as power, drives an eccentric shaft by using a triangle belt and sheave through motor pulley, makes motive jaw conduct reciprocating motion as desired trajectory, crushes materials in the crushing cavity composed by fixed jaw, sewing jaw and side fender, and discharges finished product materials from the bottom discharge gate.
