氧化鋁耐磨陶瓷復(fù)合管件：包括各種管徑的直管、彎管、彎頭、變徑大小頭，方圓過(guò)渡短節(jié)等；是利用陶瓷-金屬?gòu)?fù)合制作技術(shù)原理，通過(guò)粘接、焊接、鑲嵌、鉚接及套接技術(shù)，將各種耐磨陶瓷片、板、磚材料復(fù)合在管件內(nèi)磨損表面，從而形成一個(gè)具有優(yōu)異耐磨性能的表層，而基體仍采用普通金屬材料的復(fù)合管件。與傳統(tǒng)的全金屬的合金管件相比，工作面耐磨性更高，可以使管件的整體耐磨防腐使用壽命提高幾倍到幾十倍以上。整體重量大副下降，減少鋼材用量，降低了裝置造價(jià)與維護(hù)檢修費(fèi)用，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。所有產(chǎn)品均采用美國(guó) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ASME、ANSI、德國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DIN、日本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JIS、國(guó)內(nèi)GB/T、SH、HG、JB等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品均可按用戶(hù)提供的技術(shù)圖紙資料加工生產(chǎn)。
耐磨性好：耐磨陶瓷彎管的內(nèi)襯陶瓷層為耐磨工程陶瓷，其硬度（HRA）≥84，其耐磨性能是高鉻耐磨鑄鐵合金管件的10倍以上。采用5mm厚陶瓷層，其實(shí)際耐磨使用壽命將相當(dāng)于50mm厚耐磨鑄鋼。
耐腐蝕：選用不同的耐磨陶瓷材料，對(duì)不同的腐蝕介質(zhì)具有優(yōu)異的防腐性能，耐酸、堿、鹽等強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)和鹵鹽腐蝕的特性。
耐高溫性能好：耐磨陶瓷本身具有耐1200攝氏度以上的高溫能力，通過(guò)合理設(shè)計(jì)和采用不同的復(fù)合方式，耐磨陶瓷管件可以在－50℃至800℃濕度范圍內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行，特別適合于高溫燃燒器等設(shè)備內(nèi)襯。
降低工程造價(jià)：耐磨陶瓷管件主要用于輸送帶顆粒的液固兩相流物質(zhì)以及腐蝕性介質(zhì)，用于替代價(jià)格昂貴的不銹鋼管、高鉻鑄鋼管、硬質(zhì)合金耐磨管，可直接降低工程造價(jià)，同時(shí)延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。產(chǎn)品性?xún)r(jià)比高，可節(jié)省檢修、更換材料的費(fèi)用和時(shí)間。
