赤峰福悅沸石是一種極性物質(zhì)，是極性很強(qiáng)的吸附劑，對(duì)極性分子和不飽和分子有機(jī)物，沸石具有吸附性、離子交換性、催化和耐酸耐熱等性能，因此被廣泛用作吸附劑、離子交換劑和催化劑，也可用于氣體的干燥、凈化和污水處理等方面。沸石還具有“營(yíng)養(yǎng)”價(jià)值。在飼料中添加5%的沸石粉，能使禽畜生長(zhǎng)加快，體壯肉鮮，產(chǎn)蛋率高。 由于沸石的多孔性硅酸鹽性質(zhì)，小孔中存有一定量的空氣，常被用于防暴沸。在加熱時(shí)，小孔內(nèi)的空氣逸出，起到了氣化核的作用，小氣泡很容易在其邊角上形成。

    1、在農(nóng)業(yè)上用作土壤改良劑，能起保肥、保水、防止病蟲(chóng)害的作用。提高日增重、飼料效率，改善肉品品質(zhì)。

    2、無(wú)土栽培，改良土壤，凈化水質(zhì)。

    3、在石油、化學(xué)工業(yè)中，用作石油煉制的催化裂化、氫化裂化和石油的化學(xué)異構(gòu)化、重整、烷基化、歧化。

    4、建材，瓷磚等；在建材工業(yè)中用作水泥水硬性活性摻和料，燒制人工輕骨料，制作輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度板材和磚。

    5、在輕工行業(yè)用于造紙、合成橡膠、塑料、樹(shù)脂、涂料充填劑和素質(zhì)顏色等。 

    6、在環(huán)境保護(hù)方面，用來(lái)處理廢氣、廢水，從廢水廢液中脫除或回收金屬離子，脫除廢水中放射性污染物。

    7、在醫(yī)學(xué)上沸石用于血液、尿中氮量的測(cè)定。沸石還被開(kāi)發(fā)成為保健用品，用于抗衰老，去除體內(nèi)積累的重金屬。

    用沸石作為BAF濾料可以有效地去除COD、氨氮和濁度、試驗(yàn)條件的最佳水力負(fù)荷為2.2m/h (水力停留時(shí)間為1.4h)、此時(shí)對(duì)COD、氨氮和濁度的去除率分別為73.9%、88.4%和96.2%、相應(yīng)的出水平均濃度分別為43.4mg/L、3.5mg/L和3.7 NTU、可以達(dá)到國(guó)家環(huán)?？偩?、天津大學(xué)提出的冷卻回用水水質(zhì)建議值中相關(guān)指標(biāo)的要求。

    采用沸石和砂濾料作為BAF濾料處理紡織廢水。細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果表明、沸石濾料上生長(zhǎng)的亞硝化單胞菌和硝化菌的數(shù)量分別為3.0×108和2.2×109 CFU/mL.而砂濾料上生長(zhǎng)的數(shù)量分別是4.5×108和6.5×108 CFU/mL.從硝化菌的數(shù)量來(lái)上看，沸石濾料上更適宜微生物的硝化作用，另外從對(duì)有機(jī)物和TKN的去除來(lái)看、以沸石為濾料的BAF的效果要好于以砂為濾料的BAF。采用沸石作為濾料的BAF可使紡織廢水的COD去除率達(dá)86%~92%、BOD去除率達(dá)99%，色度去除率在77%-79%，這是由于自然沸石濾料的比表面積大于砂濾料，宜于微生物的附著，且沸石濾料的離子交換能力強(qiáng)，能夠吸附水中的NH4＋，而適宜環(huán)境的硝化菌的大量生長(zhǎng)，使NH4＋轉(zhuǎn)化為硝酸鹽。粒徑可根據(jù)需要制作，水流流態(tài)好、過(guò)濾周期長(zhǎng)、反沖洗容易進(jìn)行、截污能力強(qiáng)。

Analysis on the use of zeolite filter material
