云母纖維的物理性質(zhì)和作用原理                  
  

薄層云母本身完全透明無色，其熔點(diǎn)高達(dá)1300度，且在高溫550度以下性質(zhì)完全不會改變。                  
Folium mica is absolutely transparent,its melting point can reach 1300℃,and its character would not  change under 550℃.   

               
由于PET 的熱傳導(dǎo)率只有0.03，故片狀云母的熱傳導(dǎo)速率為PET的5倍以上。加上納米云母表面帶電荷，故水合作用頗高，即含水率極高，需在500度以上才可將水脫除，如此一來，高含水，也帶動降溫作用，所以 在雙重效果“高熱傳導(dǎo)率＋高吸熱效果”的作用下，將促使納米層云母成為新一代的降溫散熱材料。 

The normal PET's heat exchange is only 0.03, but the mica's is 5 times than PET.Moreover the mica's cover has electric charge,so it has the good performance of hydration.it can be dehydrated until reach 500℃ So the double effect -- "high quality of heat exchange& high quality of decalescence" will make the mica fiber become newest cooling material.                

當(dāng)薄膜層的厚度減少，邊界的散射效應(yīng)對熱傳導(dǎo)的影響逐漸顯著，垂直于薄膜方向的熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)降低，但薄膜橫向的熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)卻逐步上升。
When the film thickness reduce, the border of the scattering effect to heat transfer's impact will distinct gradually,perpendicular to the direction of the film's thermal conductivity is getting lower, but the film's horizontal thermal conductivity is rising.

由于云母本身為片狀矽酸鹽結(jié)構(gòu)，其導(dǎo)熱效果優(yōu)于PET本身。而脫層后云母本身形成的水合效應(yīng)，易形成一層水化膜。此雙重效應(yīng)“導(dǎo)熱＋含水”，正是夏季需求，這正是紗線冰涼的緣由。

云母紗的消臭效果

脫層云母比表面積估算450m2/g 以上，此種高比表面積，使其吸附異味效果優(yōu)于其他礦石甚至云母本身。高比表面積具有類似活性炭分解臭味分子效果，所以不需要香味**可以消臭。

Leafing maica's specific surface area is more than 450m2/g,this character make it has excellent deodorization effect than other mineral or mica itself. Large specific surface area has the similar effect of deodorization to activated carbon So we can get the effec of deodorization without any fragrance.
